Wysong Corporation manufactures nearly 300 products, and only a small portion of these will be available for direct sale to Canadian consumers.  We have attempted to provide Canadian consumers with a small thoughtful variety of some of our best canine and feline products.  Using these products in combination with the Wysong Optimal Health Program™ will create a superior diet for your companion animal.

RETURNS
Unless the product is defective there is a no return/no refund policy.  All sales are final.  If product is defective contact Wysong at (800) 748-0188.

ALL PRODUCT AND SHIPPING VALUES ARE IN U.S. DOLLARS
All the values for products are listed in U.S. dollars.  Shipping cost will also be assessed in U.S. dollars.  Please be advised that the actual dollar amount of your order as it appears on your finalized your web order (in U.S. dollars) will be different than the charge assessed in Canadian dollars on your credit card statement.

TAXES
All taxes – GST, HST, and pertinent PST/RST will be assessed at the time of the order. 

INVOICE/ORDER RECORD
Customers will receive a packing list in their shipment, but not a detailed invoice.  There will be an order invoice sent to the e-mail address you provide at checkout.

SHIPPING
All orders will be shipped via UPS.  Customers will be charged domestic Canadian shipping rates, not costly and prohibitive international freight costs.
